Filing
What happens to a text from someone who already has a ticket open.
Loose texts that look like questions are chased on the dashboard until they're filed or marked as needing nothing, so nothing gets lost either way.
Check-ins
Flag a client on the dashboard if nobody has texted them in a while — even with no ticket open.
Days since we last texted them before they show up as "due for a check-in." Any client can be set to a different number, or paused entirely, from the Clients tab.
Automation tokens
For the nightly Claude review. A token can read the queue and tidy up titles and priorities. It can never text a customer, assign work, or resolve anything.
